"I had my original outside unit and inside handler replaced on March of 2019. It was working great until last night. It wasn’t cooling my house so I called the office after hours and the owner came over to check it out. Come to find out it was my fault I didn’t follow up by doing the monthly vinegar cleaning. He cleaned it out and within a few seconds it was working perfect. He noticed there was brush growing around the outside unit and I explained I wasn’t able to trim it. He saw the trimmers in my garage and picked one up and began trimming all of the overgrown brush, to include the overgrown brush in the front of the house. I kept telling him, he didn’t have to do that, but he insisted. It is rare to find this type of work ethics and integrity.
